Resources are found to measure characteristics of people and organizations, including attitudes, behavior, organizational climate, perceptions, and personality. The Assessment Archive has links to assessments by Paul and others. Check out Paul’s No Cost Assessments that can be used for noncommercial educational and research purposes. Commercial use is available for consultants and others needing already developed tools to assess people.
