Counterproductive Work Behavior

Counterproductive Work Behavior: Investigations of Actors and Targets is a book about the negative behaviors employees engage in at work. Suzy Fox and Paul E. Spector are the editors of a volume that brings together leading researchers who are pioneers in the study of this phenomenon. The book begins with the perspective of the actor–employees who engage in harmful acts at work, such as aggression, deviance, retaliation, and revenge. It then takes up the perspective of the target–how people experience negative acts from others, such as bullying, emotional abuse, incivility, and mobbing.
