SAS Programming

SAS Programming for Researchers and Social Scientists is a step-by-step tutorial on programming with the SAS language. The book takes a semi-structured approach to writing programs that are easy to trace and debug. Examples are taken from common statistical tasks that researchers and social scientists often must conduct. An advantage of using SAS is that it is a full-featured programming language, as well as a statistical package that has dozens of built-in analyses, both simple and complex. SAS offers both a commercial version that comes with incredible tech support (I’ve never waiting more than 5 minutes and they have always resolved my issue), and a free version that comes with only community support.
